Kind of dramatic, but it's a big deal:
CALIFORNIA'S REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES ARE DEAD.

The courts have determined that the State has the right to end redevelopment AND that it is improper for the cities and counties to be able to pay to stay in the redevelopment game.  You'll remember that two California bills had been passed.  One killed redevelopment, and the other allowed cities and counties to pay the State the amount of property taxes that had been diverted away from schools to the redevelopment agencies.  The cities and counties were arguing (absurdly) that this was a ransom.  In the 'Through The Looking Glass' world of UN Agenda 21 and Redevelopment, the 'logic' was that since the cities and counties had been able to take property taxes meant for schools, roads, police and fire, general funds, etc for so many years and divert them to the redevelopment agencies, if they had to give some back to the State for schools that was a 'ransom.'

WE ARE CELEBRATING TODAY.  WE THOUGHT WE'D NEVER SEE IT.

But be careful: INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICTS are another vampire.  This is a way to take your tax dollars and pay for Smart Growth--the preferred development model for UN Agenda 21.

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area the government  and their consultants are holding Delphi meetings in January.  That's nothing unusual, but these meetings, OneBayArea.org, are exceptional.  There are 7.15 million residents in the nine county area.  These meetings will decide exactly how much Smart Growth concentration will be required in each county in order for those cities and counties to get any of the transportation dollars over the next 25 years.  It's rigged.  Big time.  That goes without saying.  They don't let you have 'Business As Usual' which is where you live now.  No, baby, you have to pick 'Planned Future. ' OK, even that isn't unusual---just criminal and an outrage.

Here's the big news.  Nine Counties.  Nine Meetings.  Limited to 100 citizen attendees at each one.  Yes, that's right.  If you don't register and give them your name, email address, and street address, you can't get in.  If you show up and the seats are filled that's tough for you.  You don't get to weigh in on how $200 billion in your tax dollars will be spent over the next 25 years.  So 900 citizens will be representing 7.15 million people.  Each attendee will represent about 8,000 people. 

But it's worse than that. 

When you register you have to tell them if you are:
Advocate: Business Interest
Advocate: Environmental Interest
Advocate: Public Health
Advocate: Reduced Role for Government
Advocate: Social Justice
Concerned Individual
Elected Official
Public Sector (Government Agency Staff)

Did you catch that trick one?  Advocate: Reduced Role for Government?  Will they reject those 'applications' for registration? 

They are limiting access to a government Delphi meeting.  And they are stacking the deck.  Do you see it?  Government, environmental groups, and public/private partners.  What a racket.  As if every environmental group and government agency in the SF Bay Area hasn't already had their input taken behind closed doors.  So the real 'Concerned Individual' and 'Advocate: Reduced Role for Government' human beings are actually representing hundreds of thousands of people, those who are not represented by the shills and toadies in attendance.

THIS IS A GOVERNMENT MEETING AND SHOULD BE OPEN TO ALL.  INSTEAD ACCESS IS BEING LIMITED.  WHY?  BECAUSE WE ARE ANTI-DELPHI'ING THEM.   THEY ARE CONTROLLING AND MANIPULATING THESE MEETINGS. 
ILLEGALLY. 
ARE YOU READY TO SUE? 
GO ANYWAY AND DEMAND TO GET IN.
BRING YOUR VIDEO CAMERAS.

THIS IS WHAT UN AGENDA 21 LOOKS LIKE.  AND SMELLS LIKE.

Do we cower in our homes?
Do we pray?
Do we wait for the knock on the door?
Do we look away when the neighbor is taken?

Senate Bill 1867. The National Defense Authorization Bill of 2012.
It says that the 'Homeland' aka the United States of America, is part of the battlefield of terror and Americans can be treated as combatants.  This bill that makes United States citizens eligible to be enemy combatants, that retires posse comitatus, that hammers a spike through the coffin of our liberty.

Stunned, I watched CSPAN as Senator Rand Paul took the floor and spoke, in tandem with Senator Mark Udall, spoke in vain, to try and pass Udall's amendment to remove the worst elements: those that target Americans.

Indefinite detentions.
Suspicion of anyone with firearms, food stored, 'extreme political views.' 

Senator Mark Udall tried to stop this with his amendment.  He failed.

On March 11, 1938, Hitler marched into Austria to 'liberate' the 'ethnic Germans' from the Austrians.  His Nazi operatives had infiltrated Austria for months prior to the invasion, and immediately afterward, on March 12, 1938, the Nazis began arresting 'enemies of the state.' 

How did they know who they were? 
20,000 people were arrested in a matter of days. 
How did they know who they were? 

Because where a small group gathered, where a trio of friends played cards, where a number of women gathered in a park with their children, where neighbors shared a meal, there was always a spy. 

We are witnessing the framework.  We are seeing the face of this action.  It is right here in our towns.  Did you know that IBM made it possible for Hitler to account for all of the people murdered in the death camps?  IBM was an American company and could not, by American law, do business with the enemy.  So what did they do?  They formed a German subsidiary.

Everything Hitler did was legal.  Yes, the Nazis made the laws and then obeyed them.  They did everything legally.

Senate Bill 1867. 

You who think that our Homeland needs protecting by mining the border, think again.  That border will be used to keep you in.  You who think that the enemy is out there, look around you, it is here.  You who believe that it is necessary to restrict private property rights, civil rights, liberties, for our own good, watch your back.  Because your masters will use you and then take you away.  Read your history before they erase it from your electronic books.  Hitler purged his own Brown Shirts.  Stalin killed his own Revolutionaries.  Mao.  Pol Pot.  Do you think that pretty pastel utopia is for you?  It's an illusion.  A manipulation.  Agenda 21 is a success.  The Agenda for the 21st Century.  It's speeding up now.  You can see it.  LOOK.

I wonder when our local ICLEI adherant government will realize the REAL implications of their treasonous allegiance?

When they come to understand they’ve been played? That THEY are not immune.
When they realize they’re making moves for someone else?

When they realize they are pawns, not kings, that they are simply putting pieces into place for the globalists' big game of oppression?

When our local kingdom looks and feels more like a slum?

When you don’t want to come to a stop at lights because destitute citizens are begging-or worse?

When most are depressed serfs, shuffling around with head hanging, living in commu-condos, slaves to the state?

What will it take before our public officials realize they’ve made the worst, most consequential decision of their lives?

Yeah, it’s just a rate hike.
It’s just a regulation.
It’s just an extra tax.
It’s just a train.
It’s just an energy meter.
It’s just a policy change that will effect rural folks.
It’s just a school funding cutback.
It’s just a satellite device to monitor how far you drive.
It’s just a few less parks.
It’s just a few less services.
It’s just a vaccine shot.
It’s just a little weather modification.
It’s just a little chip.

It was just our health, our abundance, our home, our freedoms, our dreams,
the best world we could give the kids.

It’s just another incremental step.

It’s just a really pivotal time for us to make the right ‘moves’.

I was watching a YouTube video and saw a lecturer from Australia or New Zealand giving a speech on Transit Oriented Development. TOD.  As he droned on and moved from TOD to Pedestrian Oriented Development (POD), I heard the same jargon that comes out of the box of 'city-scape' rules given to planners the world over.  Then I heard something new.

Green-space Oriented Development.  GOD.
G.O.Ds: Green space Oriented Development. Small urban centres based around community green spaces for recreation and productive land use. I thought I'd die laughing.  What fool came up with that one?  I can imagine it was someone who never stopped to think about it.

It sheds light on the attitude of planners, consultants, and environmental groups that advocate for Sustainable Development with a fervor and ferociousness that does not allow for dissent, or a sense of humor.

They are the fundamentalist priests for the new GOD.
