Here's a note I just received from Iowa.  Peaceful meetings where citizens are raising their voices to demand answers are being entered by men carrying guns in an effort to intimidate us.  We will not be intimidated.

Here's the note:
Several concerned citizens of the growing group of Iowans against Agenda 21 and The Tomorrow Plan attended a meeting for the Tomorrow Plan at Blank Park Zoo last evening.  We insisted they answer our questions and were not quiet about it.  In an attempt to intimidate us, Angela Connelly, who declared herself "an elected official" and that "they were not there to answer questions" called the Des Moines Police and THREE (3) cruisers showed up.  I don't believe anybody from our group even stood up during this Q and A attempt.  We did, however, comprise the majority of the room.

They insist this plan is NOT Agenda 21, but please peruse the attached article Sustainability Scan posted on their website.  When confronted with this article, Todd Ashby, Executive Director of the MPO, claimed to have no idea the article existed.  

When asked how much of the $2.2 million "grant" Boston firm Sasaki Associates receives, after several attempts to avoid the question, Todd Ashby finally admitted they receive 60%.  When pressed, Angela Connelly made the distinction that while there was a bidding process, Sasaki was "selected" not that they had "won the bid."  When asked about the additional funding of $1 million, Bethany Willcoxon and Todd Ashby, again after several attempts to not answer the question, admitted that while this money is not directly given to them, these funds come from Capital Crossroads, who apparently is funded by area businesses(?), and another entity I am unable to recall at this time, (maybe DART?) who receives tax money from cities in the planning area - specifically mentioning Ankeny.  Where I come from, we call that "splitting hairs."

The position of Sheriff is an elected position because, in theory, the Sheriff is answerable directly to the people, not a bureaucracy. Like all elected officials, the Sheriff also takes an oath to the Constitution, and is, in theory, bound by the Constitution.

In Napa County, our elected Sheriff quit with three years remaining on his term. Rather than having another election, my Napa County Supervisors appointed Sheriff John Robertson to serve out the remaining three years.

On March 20, 2012 I had an opportunity to talk personally with Sheriff John Robertson at a Napa Sheriff’s “Coffee with the Cops” Problem Oriented Policing Program (POPP) meeting. What I learned was disturbing.

POPP is a variation of the COPS program (Community Oriented Policing Services) adopted by many cities in America. The POPP Mission Statement: “The Mission of the Napa County Sheriff’s Office Problem Oriented Policing Program is to employ non-traditional police methods, in collaboration with our local partners within the local community, to address those issues that affect quality of life of the citizens of the unincorporated areas of Napa County.”

At the POPP meeting there were four POPP Sheriff Deputies and Sheriff Robertson. There were only three citizens that attended, myself and two others. This gave me an opportunity to talk with Sheriff Robertson.

Within my Napa County General Plan is the statement “the rights of the individual are to be balanced with the rights of the community and needs of the environment” (The definition of communitarianism is “balancing the rights of the individual with the rights of the community”). Sheriff Roberts was familiar with this statement. I asked Sheriff Roberts to define Individual rights and community rights and how they are “balanced.”

The first thing Roberts told me is “you know you surrender some of your individual rights to live in the community.” Sheriff Roberts went on telling me “The community is the people…The laws are made by the people within the community…your rights are subject the community laws and regulations…my duty is to serve the community…this is the reason we have councils and committees created by Napa Citizens to create the laws and regulations the entire community lives under.”

I told Sheriff Roberts, the “community is government.” Many of the laws and regulations are made by a very few people that, in many cases, are serving their own interests. Also, many of the laws and regulations come as requirements attached to subsidies coming from the state and federal government. People are corrupt at all levels of government. There is no difference between the corruption at the federal, state, and community level of government. Why should my rights be subject to the corruption, simply because government chooses to call itself community?

Sheriff Roberts told me to stop thinking “outside the system and work from within the system.” I was told I needed to “join a council or committee and work on changing things from within.” I told Sheriff Roberts “it is impossible for me to join every committee and council and stop the rights being taken away in my community.”

Sheriff Roberts told me to “Look around. This is what America is today.”

Bottom line, my Napa Sheriff Robertson answers to the bureaucracy, which calls itself the “community.” It’s simple logic that if my Sheriff believes he can “balance” my rights, he implies government (in the name of the community) owns my rights. You can’t “balance” what you don’t own. This is the communitarian totalitarian philosophy many of our public officials have adopted.

Under both communism and Nazism, the “community” is used as the instrument of control. Under both systems you have no individual rights to protect you from government. Your duty under both systems is to serve the community, both the good and the corruption in the community. Without individual rights to protect us from the “community,” you could take Napa, California and put it in the middle of the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany. There would be no difference in government philosophy.

By the way, Article 29 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that our duty is to serve the "community" and our “rights and freedoms” are subject to the goals of the United Nations (meaning, the globalists behind the United Nations). Also, United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, as defined in California, calls for “balancing” the “Three Es” of Economy, social Equity, and Environment. The Three Es covers every aspect of life on earth. Again, government can only “balance” what government owns. The globalists behind Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, by their definition of balancing, believe they already own every aspect of our lives.

Ask your public officials in your community to define individual rights and community rights. If they imply your rights are balanceable or negotiable because you live in the “community,” tell them “This is America. We are born with our individual rights. You don’t own my rights. You don’t own my Bill of Rights. The community is government. Government can’t balance or negotiate my rights away. You are a public servant that has taken a sworn oath to our Constitution. Your duty is to protect the individual rights of every citizen in America.”

WELCOME TO THE SMART HOME.

Our local newspaper, the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, (some of us call it the Depressed Democrat), ran an article on March 30, 2012 about how Comcast Corporation, the cable provider for the area, is losing market share because people are watching videos online for free or using streaming services.  So Comcast is 'looking for new products that can add to the bottom line,' according to their spokesman.

What is it?

Devices that operate home video cameras that can be viewed remotely, sensors that send a text when a door is opened, automation services that can control appliances remotely, and voices that tell you to take out the trash.  Security systems through your cable provider.  They say that since they're already in your home they might as well offer the service.  You'll have access to that video for a month and then they'll store it for a year on their servers.

Sound good to you?  

You know you'll forget it's there.  You know you'll get used to it.  You know you'll be conditioned to spy and be spied upon.  You know it can be used to surveil you.  You know they'll have a voice in your home.  Well, maybe not right away, but awfully soon.  Why?  Because, it says in the article: "People can do so much with their smartphones and we're so used to doing things immediately."

Because, they say: "People are really embracing the concept of a fully automated home."  

Who else is doing it?  Time Warner Cable--they call it IntelligentHome.  It's so much classier than Smart Home, don't you think? Besides they didn't think of it first.  And Xfinity.  And ADT.  It's nationwide.  

You'll be clamoring for it.  That's how they do it, right?  It's just a product and they know you want it, and they just make it available to you.  Because you asked for it.

Just got this email from a friend in the Houston area. 
 
I am so PISSED tonight…we went to another regional planning meeting and since they now are worried about us they had sheriffs there and would only let county residents speak even though their plan covers 13 counties…UGH

They stacked the meeting tonight with officials from H-GAC, Political Figures and Facilitators…it was a complete sham…UGH

Yes, more and more often you will see police and sheriffs in the room when you go to speak.  Are they so afraid that this largely middle aged, middle class group of citizens will get crazy, or are they there to intimidate us and let us know that we shouldn't dare to speak out?  At the meeting in San Carlos, CA that some of us attended recently (a KICK ICLEI OUT meeting) there was a K-9 officer.  Yes, he had a dog in the car---just in case.   Still having trouble convincing your friends and neighbors that there's a problem?  Tell them that your town council and other government agencies are bringing in armed men to keep you in line in case you SPEAK UP.  

IS THIS THE WAR ON TERROR OR THE TERRORIZING WAR?  THE WAR ON TERROR IS A WAR ON YOU.  The National Defense Authorization Act has identified most of us as the enemy.  Use your liberty while you have it.

Senate Bill 1867. The National Defense Authorization Bill of 2012.
It says that the 'Homeland' aka the United States of America, is part of the battlefield of terror and Americans can be treated as combatants.  This bill that makes United States citizens eligible to be enemy combatants, that retires posse comitatus, that hammers a spike through the coffin of our liberty.

Stunned, I watched CSPAN as Senator Rand Paul took the floor and spoke, in tandem with Senator Mark Udall, spoke in vain, to try and pass Udall's amendment to remove the worst elements: those that target Americans.

Indefinite detentions.
Suspicion of anyone with firearms, food stored, 'extreme political views.' 

Senator Mark Udall tried to stop this with his amendment.  He failed.

On March 11, 1938, Hitler marched into Austria to 'liberate' the 'ethnic Germans' from the Austrians.  His Nazi operatives had infiltrated Austria for months prior to the invasion, and immediately afterward, on March 12, 1938, the Nazis began arresting 'enemies of the state.' 

How did they know who they were? 
20,000 people were arrested in a matter of days. 
How did they know who they were? 

Because where a small group gathered, where a trio of friends played cards, where a number of women gathered in a park with their children, where neighbors shared a meal, there was always a spy.

I had been thinking that the 'Occupy' movement was a wonderful opportunity for Americans to get together and share information and ideas about what has happened with our government.  Clearly the economy has collapsed due to manipulation, regulation, and outright theft by our government. 

When I saw that the 'Occupy Santa Rosa' meeting this coming Saturday was organized by Lisa Maldonado I knew there was a serious problem.  She heads up the North Bay Labor Council of the AFL-CIO.  Did you know that the AFL-CIO supports Smart Growth and condemned sprawl (aka Suburbs and Rural Areas) at their annual 2001 Convention because most rural and suburban areas don't support unions as much as the big cities do?  She refers to herself on her Twitter account as:

Just in case you think that this is a charming bit of humor I'll remind you that she is a vicious attacker of anyone who disagrees with her (often referring to the person as a 'hater' so that she can justify her abuse), and is dead serious.  'En la lucha' means 'in the fight' in Spanish. 'Working for the Revolution, all about the Class Struggle, and Waiting for the Great Leap Forward' all reference Communist regimes; specifically Russian and Chinese. 

Lisa Maldonado is a Progressive Democrat.   You might think you know what that means.  You might even call yourself a progressive Democrat too.  But what it means to you and what it means to the Progessive Democrats of America and the  Congressional Progessive Caucus are two different things.  They are socialists.  You might think that socialism sounds cool.  Especially if you don't own anything and don't have a job.  The collapse of the economy feeds the socialist movement.  Promises of jobs, housing, education, health care, and green draw you in.  If Lisa Maldonado is any indication of the behavior of other socialists, the first thing to go is your right to free speech.  The Congressional Progressive Caucus is the largest caucus in the Democratic party, with over 80 members.  It was formed by the Democratic Socialists of America.

Guess what?  In yet another disgusting display of adventures into human nature we have the story of the XYZ army during the XYZ War.  Story goes that the XYZ, not wishing to use more soldiers than necessary to guard their prisoners of war, decided to cull out the independent, active prisoners and place them under guard.  The others, the passive ones, hardly needed any guarding at all---they went along with the program.  So, what did the XYZ find when they separated the two groups?  That a mere 5% of the prisoners were the independent, active types.  Five percent.

There are 300,000,000 people in the US.  Five percent is 15,000,000.  Figure half of that for those who aren't going to just sit around and let themselves be Delphi'd in consensus meetings, pushed around by their City Councils, told that they have to agree to lose their private property rights to redevelopment projects, shamed into watching while their neighbors are bullied by Community Oriented Police measures, and flattered into mandatory volunteer programs for local non-profits designed to dictate their life choices.

Yes, that's about SEVEN MILLION PEOPLE in the United States.  That's seven times the population of San Francisco. About twice the population of Chicago.  About equal to New York.  Remember that when you go to a 'visioning meeting' put on by the regional transportation authority and local government.  You are just one of millions of people across the nation who are standing up every day and saying 'We will not be bullied into silence. We object to being told that we are a threat to the planet if we live in a house and drive a car.  We know that this is just a smokescreen for the plan to run a total information network designed for maximum control of our lives.  This is the biggest public relations stunt in the history of the world, and we are not going to go passively.'  And remember:  Seven million is only two and a half percent. 

Speak up, speak out, reach out to those who will be bitterly disappointed to see that the vision of a perfect world of no carbon emissions and smiling people is a sham.  A manipulation.  An artificial construct designed to direct whole populations to a pre-determined outcome.  The obedient, passive, unquestioning mass of consumers ready to turn on their neighbors and report.  Is that what we want for our going forward?

Five percent.  Make it happen.

Charles Schumer is calling for better rail security now that the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound has turned up plans to attack trains in the U.S. “Anyone, even a member of al-Qaida could purchase a train ticket and board an Amtrak train without so much as a question asked,” Schumer said. “So that’s why I’m calling for the creation of an Amtrak no ride list. That would take the secure flight program and apply it to Amtrak trains.”

How convenient.  Next will be buses. Then taxis.  Then you'll have to have your papers on you at all times.  Or they'll check your retinal scan.  Or your handprint.  That was easy, wasn't it?

Yep, just heard it on NPR and checked it out further on-line.  We thought it was odd that Obama kept saying 'We don't know who the rebels are.' Sure. Real funny.  Another scam.
This is UN Agenda 21.  
They (NATO nations) contract with Al-Qaida to start a rebellion in Libya, we pay for it.  If you've read John Loftus' books regarding the Nazi/British creation of Al-Qaida in Africa (Hitler trained the forces), you know that between the CIA, the British intelligence and others, these rebels for hire have been created to manipulate the political situation in the Middle East.  
We will pay.
Oil-rich countries who won't play ball are destroyed and rebuilt in the Agenda 21 model.  Coalition government controlled by facilitators; kind of like your local council.
Iraq?  Same story.  
Afghanistan?  Same story.
They don't have the lights on or the water running in Bagdad, but you can bet the oil is flowing.

Kosovo?  That was drugs.  Yep, 90% of the world's heroin goes right through Kosovo.  It was a drug war.  So is Afghanistan...it's a two-fer.
UN Agenda 21 is really the ruse.  Even what they say it is isn't it.  What it really is--is that there is a dictatorship, a world dictatorship in place RIGHT NOW.  No benevolent dictator.  Nope.
Put all the small private companies and businesses under, give subsidies to the guys who play ball, create more and more government entitlement programs (and you'll need em, baby), and then, when you're good and hooked, when you've been out of work for 5 years, when you're watching Who's Dancing With My Wife, and smoking your legal spliff, they'll cut the programs.  Poverty will be the world wide norm.  And no one's going to feel sorry for you, brother, since you've had it good for too long.

All this anxiety about how the planet is being destroyed is the way for programs that you would never agree to, to be implemented.  This is the world's biggest public relations scam ever.  Manipulation, fear-mongering--it's the justification for big government grants, and new regulatons, and ultimately the regionalization/globalization/one world government.  And they say we're fear-mongering.  
THE GLOBAL CRISIS IS NOT A CLIMATE ISSUE.

We were just thinking about the Total Information Awareness Act (TIA) from the early 2000's and wondered what happened with all of those DARPA (Defense Dept) programs that sounded like something out of a bizarre 1984 fantasy or a Men in Black movie.  By the way, did you know that the Defense Department DOES hire Hollywood screenwriters to come up with scenarios for them?  Yep, they do.

Well, anyway, we wondered if TIA was REALLY dead since Congress said that they were not going to fund the surveillance of US citizens within our own borders.  You remember, don't you?  One of the programs was going to allow people to BET on the potential for war in different locales.  We're not making this up.  When Congress realized it wasn't a joke they quashed it. The logo for TIA is particularly creepy; it shows that eye on the pyramid that's on the back of the dollar bill beaming yellow light at the entire planet---the all seeing eyeball.   

We didn't do too much research, just took a look at Wikipedia. And found that some of those programs are still being funded.   Now, total information is vital to Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.  Really, it's all about information.  What you do, what you think, how to identify you, what you write, what you read, where you live, who you know, how you earn money and where you keep it, meetings you attend, conversations you have, your attitude, your hopes, your fears.  Facial recognition software.  Software that recognizes you even if you are completely covered from head to toe.  Remote surveillance with drones the size and shape of a hummingbird.  Audio surveillance.  Infiltration of groups.  Asset Based Community Development.  Community Oriented Policing.  Rails to Trails.  Community Block Grants. Redevelopment.  Neighborhood Stabilization.  SMART METERS.

A vital part of Agenda 21 is PREVENTIVE measures to stop crime (thought crime?) before it happens.  To actually intercede in communities and identify potential criminals and pay them a little visit BEFORE they commit a crime.  OK, you might think to yourself that you like the idea of stopping criminals before they commit a crime.  

What's a crime?  Who decides?  What is a crime against the community?  Who is a criminal?   What is terrorism?  Who is a terrorist?

Here's a program that is being launched in communities across the country:
Sign up for Citizen On Patrol (COP) to become an active partner in your local law enforcement's fight against crime. COP allows your law enforcement agency to send you important crime information and alerts that will allow you to act as another pair of eyes on the street.  (Kind of like the Chinese domestic spying during the Gang of Four era (1960's)---they used neighbors, like the Nazi's did---to spy on people on their block and report on their activities.)

UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development expands the definitions of criminality and terrorism.   Countries that used the Communitarian ideology to determine criminality are Russia, China, Franco's Spain, Mussolini's Italy, Hitler's Germany...do you see?  

Are you a liberal identified person?  Do you see the protection of the planet as something that you are willing to make sacrifices for?  Fine.  But have you thought about what those sacrifices will be?  Do you feel the stress of money going into 'higher, tighter, and righter hands' as George Bush 1st stated? That was furthered by Clinton, and then Bush, and now Obama.  All faces of the same Agenda. 

Part of Agenda 21 is to limit your choices, restrict your money, exhaust you with overwork and commitments, destabilize your personal environment, subvert your education and discourage critical thinking; the list goes on.

STOP AGENDA 21/SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT by educating yourself and talking about it.  Turn off the TV.  Make this your hobby, your avocation.  Have the courage to be a bit unpopular sometimes.  

Oppose Agenda 21 in Madison, Wisconsin; Stop Agenda 21 in St. Louis, MO; Fight Agenda 21 in Seattle, WA; Expose Sustainable Development in Camden, NJ; Say NO to Smart Meters in Santa Cruz, CA; Oppose Sustainable Development in Los Angeles, CA---Stand up.  Speak out.  We're with you.
