At the request of a citizen, Vice Mayor Matt Grocott of San Carlos, CA put his city's membership in ICLEI on the City Council agenda and activists from all over the San Francisco Bay Area traveled to San Carlos to urge them to KICK ICLEI OUT!

PUTTING SONOMA COUNTY CALIFORNIA BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ON NOTICE THAT WE ARE KICKING ICLEI OUT---Kay Tokerud, Projects Coordinator for the Post Sustainability Institute, announced that PSI and Democrats Against UN Agenda 21 in conjunction with other area property rights groups is launching a KICK ICLEI OUT campaign.  This is particularly significant in Sonoma County, where Supervisor Valerie Brown is also on the national board of ICLEI-USA.
