2013: THE YEAR WE REACH CRITICAL AWARENESS OF UN AGENDA 21

We have an opportunity in 2013 to expose and stop UN Agenda 21 in our cities and towns and we must do it. We need to educate ourselves and others to recognize UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development when we see it.

Remember: GLOBALIZATION IS THE STANDARDIZATION OF SYSTEMS THROUGH INVENTORY, MONITORING, AND CONTROL.

When you see uniformity in data mapping whether it's in education (Common Core), or health care (human genome project), or telecommunications, or energy (Smart Meters), land use, surveillance, law enforcement, or financial institutions and it is linked to your social security number or personal identification, YOU ARE BEING MINED FOR INFORMATION.

Often this information is gathered with your cooperation. Withdraw your participation. Refuse to make your personal data available. The lie is that you own it. The reality is that your information is made available to private corporations, governments, universities, non-profit organizations and others who either buy it or lay claim to it through UN Agenda 21's commitment to data sharing.

The idea that information is private has evaporated in the technological age. We are in the era of Total Information. What that means for you is loss of ownership and control of the most vital elements of your existence. This is not an exaggeration. Your genes have been mapped. Your personality factors are being evaluated for terrorist tendencies. Your communications are being stockpiled. Your history is being compiled. You are being profiled. This is UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

Let's make 2013 the year that we work together to spread awareness of UN Agenda 21. We will inform our elected officials. We will speak out to block laws and regulations that implement UN Agenda 21. We will hold elected officials accountable to our constitution. We will refuse Smart Meters. We will expose ICLEI in our cities. We will fight regionalization. We will oppose unelected boards and commissions that usurp our right to representative government. We will identify UN Agenda 21 in our laws and demand that they be repealed. We will refuse to cooperate with data collection and monitoring. We will commit to exposing and stopping UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development locally. We will reach critical awareness by every means available to us. We will stand strong.

This is our year. 2013. We will prevail.

THE TRUTH ABOUT ICLEI

What is important about it is the Local Action Counter box you see on the right side of the page. This shows that 7,807 cities in the world are members of this international organization designed to establish a parallel global governance structure. This counter box has been removed from most of ICLEI's sites and affiliates, but they missed this one. If you go to ICLEI.org and look for their current membership you'll find the old 2008 figures (which may have been false then) showing just 1,200 members worldwide.

ICLEI is under-representing their influence. Why?

What does ICLEI (pronounced ICK-LY) stand for? International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. It was created as a non-governmental spin-off by the United Nations in 1990 to implement Agenda 21 locally across the world.

ICLEI is a public private partnership. Your local government is a member but there is no transparency: ICLEI is a non-profit, non-governmental group. You have no access to meetings, information sessions, or plenary sessions unless you are a member. Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, ICLEI is a lobbying and policy group that is designed to influence and change local governmental policies related to all aspects of human life.

By concentrating power in cities this group circumvents requirements for ratification of international treaties and gives the illusion of local control. In fact the cities then ally in regional conglomerates which break jurisdictional boundaries and will destroy local control. Ultimately this facilitates global governance by invalidating individual cities, counties, states, and nations with contractual agreements and interwoven systems.

How many cities in the United States are members? It's almost impossible to know at this moment because ICLEI still shows only 600 or so members on its ICLEI USA website. This is a lie. To see what ICLEI was claiming as total United States membership in June 2012 please click here to go to a pdf of a screenshot that we took from ICLEI's international website in June.

The screenshot also shows the top 15 countries for ICLEI membership in the world. The United States is number two.

ICLEI is claiming over 1,300 members in the United States. That is CITY/COUNTY members, not individuals. This means that literally the majority of Americans are living in ICLEI cities. The most populous cities in the United States are ICLEI members including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Portland, and Miami. Millions of Americans are in ICLEI cities.

ICLEI is a parallel government, an arm of the United Nations, and is being used to establish regional governance worldwide. It is structured like the United Nations with a hierarchy of committees ranging up to a Global Executive Committee.

A fundamental element of UN Agenda 21 is the sharing of information. ICLEI facilitates this sharing by selling greenhouse gas monitoring software and creating spin-off organizations that monitor, rank, and report 'progress.' Energy. Water. Procurement. Attitudes. Identifying 'partners' and detractors. ICLEI is the eyes and ears of UN Agenda 21 in your city, county, nation, and world.

Remember: if you get your city to drop its membership in the International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives you will have to pressure and agitate for a purging of ICLEI influence on your city's policies. Cities will drop their membership to pacify you while continuing to use ICLEI policies and 'toolbox' to change your life.

Regionalization is the stepping stone to GLOBAL GOVERNANCE. If you value your freedom, your right to speak freely, to dissent, then you will FIGHT ICLEI.

USE OUR FLYERS (OR MAKE YOUR OWN) TO EDUCATE YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND FELLOW CITIZENS ABOUT ICLEI AND UN AGENDA 21.

GLOBALIZATION IS STANDARDIZATION OF SYSTEMS

Think about that and then look around you.
Globalization is standardization of systems. In order to have a single government, all of the systems have to be the same. The systems have to be the same so that they can be monitored, measured, and controlled, all at once. Uniformity is a requirement.

Systems. What are they? Every aspect of your life is managed by this action plan: UN Agenda 21. A system is a structure, a framework that orders activity and allows for the observation, management, and manipulation of it.

Schools systems are being standardized through Common Core, Mastery Learning, Outcome Based Education, Direct Instruction--many names for the same thing: Skinnerian (B.F. Skinner) International Curriculum. See Charlotte Iserbyt's book 'Back to Basics Reform Or...Skinnerian International Curriculum. Education is the basis for every change we've seen in our culture and government. Without indoctrination and destruction of the ability to think independently this plan could not succeed.

Smart Grid. Another system--the energy and water in the world is being connected via microwaves to a central control. Your life, your water, your information, your energy, is being connected to the Grid. Your freedom to gather your own information sources and analyze that information is in danger. Your access to water and energy is under threat. Standardization of systems.

Government. All cities, counties, states, and nations are being 'regionalized' now. Jurisdictional boundaries are being disregarded. Regional plans are being rolled out that are all the same. Representative government is being phased out and replaced by regional boards. All the same, all over the world.

Law enforcement. Fusion centers are being established all over the world. They are exactly what they seem to be: Central command centers that 'fuse' all law enforcement agencies through sharing information. They include local law enforcement right up to Interpol. Information is being analyzed, shared, stored, and used to identify POTENTIAL criminals in the name of 'combating terrorism.'

You get it. Now, let's look at something important. ICLEI, International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives, the parallel government masquerading as a mere purveyor of greenhouse gas monitoring software, is a key driver in globalization. ICLEI, a private membership organization, is structured like the United Nations. It has Regional Executive Committees representing the nine regions of the world, the ICLEI Council made up of all of those on the Regional Executive Committees, and then the Global Executive Committee. ICLEI is lying about its membership on its website. It really has over 7,800 city members in the world, not the 1,200 it claims to have. ICLEI is misleading the world about the extent of its power.

Who sits on ICLEI's Global Executive Committee? One member is the Organization of Islamic Capitals. Islam is a standardization of systems. Central law which is the same in all nations: Shar'iah. UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development does not allow for dissent. Neither does Islam. UN A21/SD uses the Delphi technique to propagandize populations and create a cult-like adherence to itself. You'll observe that behavior in Islam as it is clearly identified in this excellent video which I encourage you to watch. Stephen Coughlin is an intelligence expert on the Middle East and has briefed the US Joint Chiefs of Staff and high level legislators and officials on Islam. Notice
that in his presentation Coughlin is proving that through the limitations of political correctness that Military Intelligence has placed on itself, it is unable to identify the enemy. He clearly states that the term 'human rights' means 'rights of Moslems only' when it is used by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. 'Acts of terror' are only considered violations of Islam when committed on Moslems. He notes that Secretary of State Clinton assured the Moslem world that the communitarian technique of shaming and pressure would be used on Americans who offend Islam.--implying that our first amendment right to free speech is abridged. As you watch this video consider the implications of what you see in the context of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. You may agree that Islam is a perfect system for the implementation of social equity under UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

HOW MANY MEMBERS DOES ICLEI HAVE WORLDWIDE?

ICLEI--International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives doesn't want you to know. That's why they took down the world maps that they had up on their new website. http://local2012.iclei.org/add-your-city/
Why doesn't ICLEI want you to know how many cities are members? You'd have to ask them, but we're guessing that they'd rather have you in the dark. ICLEI has over 7,800 member cities worldwide. About 1,300 of them are in the US. That's roughly twice the number that they report on their ICLEI-USA website. As recently as 2009 ICLEI was reporting that they had 1,200 members worldwide. Now it's 7,800+.

Yes, maybe they want you to think that we have them on the run, that cities are getting out. But the truth is that cities are dropping their membership AFTER they've gotten all of the software, sample ordinances, and monitoring from ICLEI. Then they just keep on implementing ICLEI systems. It's a smokescreen.

You have to demand that your city purge its General Plan of Climate Action Plans, smart codes (form based zoning), greenhouse gas monitoring, land use restrictions, and go back over all of the hundreds of new ordinances that came out of this box of laws ICLEI distributes. ICLEI is actually a parallel government. It is an implementation, monitoring, and funding arm for UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development worldwide.

No, it's not easy. Start today by educating your local officials. It's election season. Demand that those who are running for local office state their position on UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development and ICLEI membership. Show them Alabama's new law (SB 477). Make it clear that this is a non-partisan issue. Use your ability to work with other groups to form coalitions around purging your local laws and General Plans.

Do it now. KICK ICLEI OUT of Dover, Bellingham, Marin, Sonoma, Tulsa, Maplewood, Rockville, Irvine, Jackson, Falls Church, Rye, New Orleans, Belmont, Devens, Miami, Branford, Loveland, Napa, Brattleboro, Seattle, Knoxville, Brighton, Santa Clara, Moscow, Ventura. Expel ICLEI from Italy, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Sweden, France, Spain, Portugal, England, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Russia, Urkraine, Czech Republic, New Zealand, Cuba, Ghana. Purge ICLEI from Mexico, Israel, Egypt, Indonesia, China, and all of the other countries it has infested like a virus.

You'll read that Rio was a failure. It wasn't.

The 20th anniversary UN Agenda 21 conference in Rio de Jainiero that just ended will be posed as a failure--a failure to get wealthy nations to make contributions to poor nations, a failure to protect pristine lands from development, a failure to impose stricter regulations and provide greater power to the UN.

That's the Green Mask.

What Rio+20 did was consolidate power in non-governmental organizations and solidify partnerships with corporations. Capacity building. Strengthening major groups.

More than a half TRILLION dollars in commitments between non-governmental orgs, corporations, and governments so far. Transferring power to unelected groups while giving the appearance of empowering the weak: women, children, minorities populations, and the poor.

UNelected boards and commissions directing your federal, state, and local government to impose regulations, statutes, restrictions, ordinances, laws, and policies on you. Now. In your town.

Don't be misled by the the media lament that Rio+20 was a failure. It wasn't. It's a very effective smokescreen to convince you that it's a weak, powerless, ineffectual, bumbling mass of bureaucrats.

Secretary of State Clinton is still pushing the UN Law of the Sea Treaty. LOST. With provisions that will tax production of minerals through seabed mining, the International Seabed Authority will transfer money from developed nations to undeveloped nations. Sounds good doesn't it? IF there is a dispute among nations it will be decided by a 5 member tribunal. Two members are chosen from each of the two sides and then the fifth deciding vote is chosen by...The UN. Loss of sovereignty. Regulation and control by the majority voting block in the UN. Mob rule. Still sound good? Hilary said that those of us who object to a treaty that could have the world charging us with the 'crime' of heating up the ocean have 'black helicopters' hovering over our heads. Sounds like she's delusional. Unlike us, she's seeing things that aren't there.

RIO + 20 AND ICLEI

On ICLEI's website they say that there are 1,301 United States cities who are members. Some cities which have not renewed their memberships, such as Santa Rosa, CA and Sarasota, FL, are still shown as members. Interesting, isn't it? Why not project a bigger presence than you have? Why not hide a growing movement to KICK ICLEI OUT

If you check to see what ICLEI's saying about their involvement in the 20th anniversary of the Rio de Jaineiro Earth Summit (1992) where Agenda 21 was launched, they make their connection to the UN quite clear. There are still cities who will deny that there is any connection to the United Nations and that they have no idea what UN Agenda 21 is. For those clueless or deceitful government officials who can't name the source of Sustainable Development, or define it, send them to ICLEI's own Rio+20 website:

WINNING THE FIGHT: ALABAMA

Don't be deflected from speaking out and taking action by those who say that UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is a 'voluntary, 20 year old plan with no teeth.' In fact it was adopted by your nation and can be seen throughout your town, city, county, state, and country in the regulations and restrictions on your rights, both property and civil.

The perfect analogy is that there's been a football game going on for 20 years and only one team knows it. They've been out on the field making touchdowns while we've been in the locker room. Now we're out on the field, suited up in helmets and pads, and making touchdowns ourselves. Remember: they only come after you when you've got the ball.

We do have it. Here is the text of the legislation passed by the Alabama State Legislature (SB 477) and signed into law by Alabama Governor Robert Bentley.

According to the synopsis of the bill within the text: "This bill would prohibit the State of Alabama and its political subdivisions from adopting and developing environmental and developmental policies that, without due process, would infringe or restrict the private property rights of the owner of the property."

You wouldn't think we'd need a new law for that, but the new law calls out ICLEI and UN Agenda 21 and requires that Alabama not give or receive funds from NGOs named in the UN Agenda 21 document. The law re-establishes the constitutions of the state of Alabama and the United States as the fundamental rule of law and bars adoption or implementation of policy that contravenes the Constitution.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out in Alabama and to watch the first lawsuits that challenge implementation of Smart Growth/Wildlands policies that will surely be traced to UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

Alabama is the first. Let's assist our legislators by educating them about UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

We've got the ball. Let's run with it.

NEW DELPHI TACTICS BY THE PLANNERS

I just received a note from my friends in Tennessee that they attended a visioning meeting and had a new Delphi tactic used on them. We have seen it used here in California as well. Our Tennessee Agenda 21 fighters asked what they could do to combat it, and we thought we'd share our comments with you here.

The classic Delphic technique tactics have you come into a room where you are with a large group and you're either seated in an auditorium or you'll be broken into groups at tables. This gives you access to all participants, at least for a while, and you are able to voice your objections to the entire body.

The new tactic being used by planners is the OPEN HOUSE. The Open House tactic invites the 'public' to drop in at one of several locations at different dates. There will be a planner on duty to explain the plan and solicit the public's input. Usually these open sessions are about 2 hours long. There is often an informational video shown. There is no opportunity for interaction between members of the public.

There is also an online survey that can be filled out by anyone in the public to give their input on the project. There is no way of knowing who is using these forms.

HOW TO COUNTER THIS: What we have done is to prepare a flyer and give it to people as they are going in to the building. You can do this in shifts (one hour each) at each of the locations. The flyers are essentially the 'Notice: You Are Being Delphi'd' ones. I've attached one here. This particular flyer is specific to our regional plan but you can easily adapt it. Also there must be an open meeting law in your state similar to the Brown Act in California. You can put that on the back or something else that's pertinent. The thing about this tactic of theirs is that with the online survey anyone in any state or nation--or world, I guess-- can weigh in. It's a farce, obviously.

We also suggest that you go to your council meeting/supervisors meetings and speak out about this in public comments. Take as many people as possible and do it more than once. Also go to the MPO meeting, their board meeting and protest. You can bring bullhorns and signs and stand out in front in protest. The point is to drag it out of the shadows and embarrass as many of them as possible. Expose it to the light. How many people will be making this 'binding decision' for the huge area covered by the plan? What percentage of the total population? Exploit that shockingly small number.

What we have copied here for you is the new ICLEI Water Campaign. It started in South East Asia (including Australia) and is headed your way. Of course it sounds so nice. Water is a common good. This is a way to inventory and control all water in the world. To identify all water sources, all wells, water courses, streams, creeks, rivers, lakes etc. and monitor them. Control. Here's the document designed to be signed by your City Council or Board of Supervisors. Will they tell you about it?

ONE WORLD ONE VISION

If you scroll down here on the blog to the 1/22/12 post, you'll see a list of Regional Visions. They're all the same vision. The same vision your regional boards have for you and your 'region.' That list was compiled simply by doing a search for 'region' 'one' and 'plan'. Imagine how much fun you can have by doing this yourself and adding your town, county, and state to the mix. If you search the same list but click on 'Images' so you can see the visual representations on your search browser, you'll find lots of regional maps. You'll even see HANOI CENTER REGIONAL PLAN. Yes, THAT Hanoi. Hanoi, Viet Nam. And guess what? It's the same plan. Oh, I know, the street names are different. But the plan and the visioning meetings are the same ones you'll see in your town. Here's another one (notice that it's different from Four States One Vision (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas):

Four States One Vision (West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland)
It's 32 counties in four states. And they all have the same vision---it's always the same vision. Smart Growth. Wildlands. Energy and water restrictions. High speed rail. Surveillance (oh, you won't find that in writing), and control. Inventory and control of every aspect of your life.

Now that's a vision we can believe in! The Agenda for the 21st Century: Sustainable Development. For your own good.

Profiles in Courage: Matt Grocott

San Carlos, California is a small city in the Silicon Valley area of the San Francisco peninsula. Last week it was the scene of a dramatic effort to liberate its citizens from the grip of ICLEI, the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives, which now calls itself "Local Governments for Sustainability." San Carlos is a member of ICLEI and Vice Mayor Matt Grocott arranged to have the question of whether or not San Carlos should remain a member placed on the city council agenda. Anti-UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development activists from all over the San Francisco Bay Area converged on San Carlos to urge the council to sever their membership in this organization.

Following an indoctrination session by City Manager Maura, 25 citizens spoke out with facts and documentation linking ICLEI to the United Nations, and showing that ICLEI's policies are incorporated into the General Plan of the City of San Carlos.

Vice Mayor Matt Grocott, in a masterful, bold, and courageous speech presented evidence and proof that ICLEI is a liaison with the United Nations and is committed to forwarding the globalist plan of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. There is no question that this plan is a conspiracy fact, not a theory. Matt Grocott's impassioned speech fell on deaf ears as the council members and mayor voted one by one to continue their affiliation and membership in ICLEI.

DEFINITION OF INSANITY: Denial of Reality

We've been really active lately. Out there. Visible, loud, and not going along to get along. We're getting a lot of press too. It's always the same kind of press. The press that admits to being totally ignorant but calls us conspiracy theorists. Or the press that acknowleges that UN Agenda 21 exists, but calls it a '20 year old plan' or an 'unbinding plan.' Or they'll say 'OH!, THAT Agenda 21, oh, it's ok, it's GOOD thing!' Or they'll quote a ridiculous, garbage propaganda article in Mother Jones magazine that reads like something out of National Lampoon, not a piece of journalism.

What does all of this mean? We're getting the message out there. It's in the press. People are lying about it, and about us. But it's in the press. First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you.

THEN YOU WIN.
WE WILL PREVAIL.

Now, let's get out there and comment on every article in the press. Read your regional plans and PROTEST. Get up. Get out. Speak up. Stop UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

And remember: Always call it UN Agenda21/Sustainable Development. Make sure to add 'Sustainable Development.'

Why? Because even if they say they've never heard of UN Agenda 21 they KNOW they can't pretend they've never heard of Sustainable Development. It's the same thing. The days of calling this a conspiracy theory are over.

THIS IS WHAT A REVOLUTION LOOKS LIKE

You are witnessing a plan that is being implemented all across the United States NOW. It has many names but it's the same plan. UN AGENDA 21/SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: Sustainable Cities Strategy. It is a regional plan that creates unelected boards of elected officials who are engaged in erasing the boundaries between cities, counties, and states. You are losing your ability to influence your government policies at the same time that you are being solicited for your opinion. It's a tactic to silence you. This is the Delphi method of manipulating groups and controlling populations that may protest. By 2050, or sooner, there will be 11 Mega-Regions in the United States that include parts of Mexico and Canada. This is not a delusional rant. This is a fact. Go to www.America2050.org

What are these plans called? Your government is using similar names for all of these plans and they are all the same: Regional. They are being rolled out NOW. The adoption date is MID-2013. ALL OVER THE US. Most of us are unaware that the plan we are fighting is the same plan, with minor variations, being imposed in the name of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, expanding public transportation, and funding low-income housing. All plans include Smart Growth--high density housing with restrictions on personal space and car usage. All plans support high speed trains--the building block of Mega-Regions. All plans give power to regional transportation and planning boards (MPOs and COGs) through federal and state fund disbursements. In all plans housing and transportation are now linked. In all plans population projections are hugely inflated. All plans will go forward as planned regardless of your input. This is a planning revolution.

Here are just a few places around the country using the word "VISION" a UN Agenda 21 buzz word. There are many others with similar names using the sustainability jargon. You'll see the term 'transformation'---that is jargon for 'destruction.'

We need to use civil disobedience. Refuse to accept these plans. They are not YOUR plan. They are destroying your cities. This is UN Agenda21/Sustainable Development. Educate yourself and others. This is war. Join us at Democrats Against UN Agenda 21 in fighting for our freedom.
