Here in the United States protests against Trump and his supporters can take on a surrealistic vibe as police stand down and allow violence. 'Disrupt' is the order of the day. Virtue signaling, gaslighting, harassment, and misinformation pervade the psychological manipulation of the masses by the mainstream media and the left. This hostile atmosphere makes it difficult to have a normal exchange with someone without feeling that it will be colored by a political point of view.
Those who don't agree that Socialism is desirable quickly look for a closet to dive into---it's the New Closet, the Conservative Closet. Really it's more than a 'conservative' closet and transcends that so-called left/right divide because of the acceptance of Socialism as the new trappings of the Democrat Party. Democrats who don't accept Socialism and see 'their' political party becoming more and more radical are rejecting the party line. How much longer will we be able to voice our opinions freely? Thug politics endangers individual rights to dissent.
The protests in Hong Kong and the Yellow Vest movement show us what we can expect if we allow UN Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development to fully block us from using the American legal and political system to assert our rights. When no legal avenues are available the people will use other means. When the people are betrayed by their leaders they will riot to be heard. When people are pushed to the breaking point, when lies and manipulation destroy the social fabric to the point that mental health is threatened, we will see more extreme behavior. This behavior will then 'justify' government aggression and the identification and silencing of dissenters.
