ICLEI IS HIDING ITS LIST OF USA MEMBERS

ICLEI is hiding from you. That might seem obvious since you wouldn't have heard about it unless activists told you or you were in the small cadre of insiders/government employees/non-profits who work with this international group of Local Agenda 21 implementers. But more than that, since ICLEI has been exposed by activists and is being ousted from cities, ICLEI has apparently decided that they'd like to make it hard for you to find out whether your city is a member or not.

About a month ago ICLEI removed the membership list for the USA from their icleiusa.org website. On their international website they still list USA members but NOT BY CITY--just by state. Click to see. They tell you how many cities in each state are members but not who they are. Here's an example:

State of Delaware: 1 member
State of Florida: 40 members
State of Georgia: 9 members
State of Hawaii: 2 members
State of Idaho: 2 members
State of Illinois: 17 members
State of Indiana: 5 members
State of Iowa: 7 members
State of Kansas: 7 members
State of Kentucky: 3 members
State of Louisiana: 2 members
State of Maine: 6 members
State of Maryland: 12 members
State of Massachusetts: 32 members
State of Michigan: 5 members
State of Minnesota: 11 members
State of Missouri: 11 members

Better hurry up and look at it since it'll probably be gone in a week. The USA is the only country where they don't list the individual members.

Funny thing about the internet though, is that you can get archived pages of websites and review them now. Here's a list from July 3, 2013 (did they take it down on Independence Day? Just wondering...) Our friends at DowntownCary.org archived it. Click to read it. Now, this list is incorrect. It still lists as members some of the cities that have quit ICLEI. That's not surprising. An organization that hides, that lies, that sneaks around, is not going to tell you that you're making a difference. This guest post was Charlotte Iserbyt's response to a question regarding whether Maine Governor LePage had asked her to be the replacement for the out-going Commissioner of Education.

Charlotte’s response:

“The Governor knows where I stand. He called me for my advice re charter schools the day before he was inaugurated. I told him that charter schools are dangerous since they are public schools but have no elected school boards. Taxation without Representation. We fought an important war in regard to such taxation.

My opposition is to publicly funded charter schools with no elected boards and to tax-supported private, including religious and home school, education. The Governor and his cronies with the federally-funded Council of Chief State School Officers, National Governors Association, et al, support tax-supported private education (no elected boards to represent the taxpayers) The purpose is to transform our once superb, pre-1965 education system to the Soviet work force training mode. This has been the plan since 1934 when the Carnegie Corp. called for using the schools to change America’s capitalist economic system to the Soviet planned economic system (limited learning for lifelong labor).

Communist Core (my label for Common Core) has been with us for many years under other labels. (Semantic Deception) What do people think Maine’s Learning Results were all about? Maine was probably the major state to introduce Communist Core. In fact, if I recall correctly, Maine’s Communist Core was used at the international level to develop the international Communist Core standards. A handful of long-time recognized education researchers have opposed the Communist Core (Marxist) national curriculum for over 48 years with little support from the grass roots! All of a sudden there is this enormous national opposition to Communist Core (the new label for Maine’s mid-nineties Learning Results, and and the 1970-present National Assessment for Educational Progres of which 60 % of the test items are politically correct- attitudinal. This phony, deliberately hyped opposition to Communist Core is spearheaded and supported by the national Heritage Foundation, which for the past 7-8 years has controlled Maine’s education system, and which has affiliates in most states. Former Commissioner of Education Bowen was groomed for his job when he headed up Maine Heritage. This hype, with another tax-exempt foundation, Pioneer, coming in to support home school leader, Heidi Sampson’s, anti-common core agenda, is very suspect. The anti-Communist Core movement is very simply a red herring (diversion) to keep Americans from understanding and opposing the Trojan Horse:tax-funded school choice. This pro-tax-funded school choice agenda is supported by the Governor and Bowen who take their orders from the Council of Chief State School Officers, Florida’s ex-Gov. Jeb Bush, his Foundation for Excellence in Education, Bill Gates, Pearson, and IBM’s ex-CEO Gerstner. Gerstner has the gall to call for recommending to President Obama that he bring down all 16,000 public school districts with their messy elected school governance. He and other globalist corporate heads want the privatizaion of ALL education in order to implement the Soviet polytechnical workforce training system called for by Carnegie in 1934. All neoconservative (Trotskyitne) tax-exempt foundations, including the major player, the national Heritage Foundation, the corporate fascist globalist Council on Foreign Relations, and the Obama Administration all support tax–funded school choice. What is there to like about that?

Mainers better wake up and tell Maine Heritage, which drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which destroyed thousands of good jobs in Maine, and across the country, and sent them south, to get out of Maine!

Communist Core is NOT the issue. Those fighting Communist Core better wake up and realize that even if they kill Communist Core, if they do NOT oppose ALL forms of tax-supported School Choice and Charter Schools, they will wake up one day and find that their children in their favorite tax-supported choice private school are required by federal law (regulations) to take the Communist Core assessment (test) they thought they had killed! Why? Because when an education entity (private or public) accepts one penny of federal money it MUST adhere to federal regulations regarding curriculum, testing, hiring, etc., etc. And that is as it should be.

The only option, difficult as it may be to attain, is for Americans to support restoration of the pre-1965 super education system with its traditional academic curriculum. All other options are lethal. repeat LETHAL WITH NO UPWARD MOBILITY FOR THEIR CHILDREN.

If Mainers are looking for a super Commissioner of Education to replace Steve Bowen, they would do well to vote en masse for Steve Schran, a public school teacher with 30 years experience in the trenches who supports traditional academic education, not Limited Learning for Lifelong Labor, which has been planned for us by the tax-exempt foundations, especially Carnegie, ever since 1934.

Maine should kick out every single out- of- state tax-exempt foundation, including the Brookings Institute which was in Maine a couple of years ago working to restructure Maine’s government. These out-of-state entities are busily at work effecting change in our political and educational governance in order to implement the international socialist global system. “They” think we are stupid and naive. Well, even if we are uninformed about global politics, I personally would prefer that we in Maine be allowed to make our own decisions, even if we occasionally make a mistake. We do NOT need the tax-exempt foundations to tell us what to do. They have no goal other than to use our children to spin off profits for the global elite.

I wouldn’t bore you with all these nasty historical details if I were able to get published in Maine’s major media. Please spread the info in this message far and wide. Every single thing I have stated can be backed up by official documentation.

THUG POLITICS: HUD vs. WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK

It's the same story all over. If you object to high density housing being imposed on your area you're labeled a racist or a NIMBY or a conspiracy theorist. This cheap shot makes it easy for regional boards, federal government agencies, and non-profits to hide the true objective: implementation of UN Agenda 21's 'islands of human habitation.' This is not some fantasy of ours, it is to be found in objective reality, right there is in your Sustainable Communities Strategy Regional Plans, climate action plans, regional affordable housing requirements, HUD, EPA, DOT, and other agency plans. Still not sure? Still afraid to name it?

Take a listen to this incredible 12 minute speech by Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino describing the vicious thuggery of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development--HUD. After Westchester County settled an affordable housing suit with HUD by constructing affordable housing units at a pace faster than required by the settlement, HUD pulled out the real goals of UN Agenda 21: the creation of islands of human habitation. HUD is demanding that Westchester County change zoning to increase density so that more and more units can be crammed into existing neighborhoods. They call this 'infill.' Although the lawsuit settlement calls for construction of 750 units of affordable housing, HUD is demanding 10,768 units. Westchester County would have to pay, in Astorino's estimation, one billion dollars to construct these units. When Astorino objected to HUD he was ignored. Now HUD is punishing Westchester County by withholding millions of dollars in assistance for the needy of Westchester County.

What is this about? This is SOCIAL EQUITY. Remember? The three pillars of UN Agenda 21 are the three E's: Economy, Ecology, Social Equity.

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino may not know about UN Agenda 21 by name but he's fighting it. Are you?

Can you see this? If not, click on it and the image will expand. What is it? A page out of the United States Federal Register, Volume 63, No. 163, dated Monday, August 24, 1998. The page contains notices and pertains to the federal government's efforts to implement UN Agenda 21 in the US. (Thanks to friends in NH and FL for finding this)

The highlighted paragraph names the Sustainable Development Challenge Grant program which is now being funded by HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) and being used to regionalize the nation. Metropolitan areas all over the United States have been recipients of Sustainable Development Challenge Grants--over $100 million a year is distributed to indoctrinate the public in Sustainable Development regional planning principles. Regionalization is destroying your frayed representative government and replacing it by governance by unelected boards and commissions.

This page from the Federal Register clearly states: "The Sustainable Development Challenge Grant program is also a step in implementing 'Agenda 21, the Global Plan of Action on Sustainable Development,' signed by the United States at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. "

Look carefully at this page in the Federal Register and you'll see the names of other programs that the EPA and other agencies have created to comply with Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. You'll see $mart Growth Network. Was one of the clerks in the office being subversive or was this just a Freudian slip? The Smart Growth Network is a non-profit public private partnership created by the EPA for the purpose of dismantling rural and suburban America. (Read the pages yourself by clicking here--pdf)

Yes, Agenda 21/Sustainable Development, the plan that is virtually unknown across the United States and the world, is being used to make policy, law, statutes, public opinion, school curriculum, media propaganda, and life decisions for all of us. Of course your government denies it. Of course the media scoffs at you. Of course the school system refuses to teach the truth. Why wouldn't they continue to try to get away with the biggest overthrow of free people in the history of the world?

TAKE COURAGE. SPEAK OUT.
EXPOSE COLLABORATORS. EDUCATE YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND REMOVE THEM IF THEY REFUSE TO ACT. DOMINATE YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT MEETINGS.

EDITOR: Our presidential experiment started in 2008. We should have known that personal records sealed and words of misrepresentation didn’t favor our future.

Here’s where we are: $17 trillion in debt, sovereignty outsourced to the United Nations, millions unemployed, the food stamp army doubled, IRS targeting of the tea party, a Benghazi cover-up, the Fast and Furious debacle, an unaffordable health care act nightmare, open borders, Sharia law encroaching on our judicial system, dramatic cuts to the military, political correctness favoring radical Islam, green energy scams, foreign policy incompetence, attacks on the Constitution, circumvention of Congress, recruitment of radical czars, Environmental Protection Agency and fossil-fuel tax abuse, wholesale voter fraud and a bogus emphasis on global warming to justify radical actions by an out-of-control government.
Liberalism doesn’t appear to be working. Detroit’s bankruptcy is a good example of what happens when liberalism goes unopposed. Perhaps we as voters should replace liberal senators in the 2014 elections with conservatives. After that we can make bolder changes at the presidential level. Just think of the progress we can make with Harry Reid no longer in control of the Senate.

Thanks, Bob. Is the answer to just elect 'conservatives'? No. We have to be discerning regardless of party affiliation and do the hard work of holding our elected officials to a higher standard. "Representatives" who refuse to recognize the impacts of regionalization and UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development on our fragile freedom should be removed regardless of party.
