The word change is also a jargon term that means ‘destruction of the old ways.’ The universities teach the theory of change in their sociology, psychology, and business departments. If you get a degree in Organizational Management you’ll have studied change. Change agents are trained by social justice organizations, by charities, by foundations, universities, and local non-profits.
It’s essential to understand what is meant by change when you’re looking at UN Agenda 21. Change is composed of first, second, and third orders.
It’s very basic: First order change is when you keep all structures the same but make some adjustments.
Second order change is when you alter the fundamental structure.
Third order change happens when you completely break down the existing structure so that it is something else, and you’re constantly trying to determine what that is. If society is continually in flux, in a chaotic state, it cannot move forward productively.
What does this look like? Let’s take a controversial subject: Attitudes towards gay people.
First order change would be the society agreeing to accept that gay people should be safe and not be discriminated against in housing or jobs.
Second order change would be the society accepting that gay people can marry and adopt children.
Third order change is when gender issues explode society by changing language, law, and previously unquestionable definitions of men and women.
Another example: Free Speech.
First order change would be society accepting that the Nazis have a legal right to march down the middle of the street and that people have a right to express their opinions publicly even if they are wrong or inflammatory.
Second order change is when expressing a dissenting idea is dangerous and can occasion riots where the speaker is blocked from speaking and not defended by the government.
Third order change would be when people are jailed or killed for speech.
And a final example: Technology.
First order change would be the assembly line, or washing machines, or motorized vehicles assisting human efficiency.
Second order change is the shift to technology becoming an integral part of daily life by virtue of speed, connectivity, and the replacement of personal interaction.
Third order change will be Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality causing a fundamental reassessment of what it means to be human.
Other words for third order change are ‘DISRUPT’ and ‘TRANSFORMATION.’ The condition necessary for transformation is the destruction of the existing system. UN Agenda 21 is third order change. When you recognize third order change in your culture you’ll see it as explosive and continually disruptive. It is intended to be traumatic and pervasive to the point that it completely disintegrates the existing system until it is remade into a new form. Of course it causes chaos, anxiety, and rage. This is why I like to say “If it’s crazy, it’s UN Agenda 21.”
