According to the latest article in the American Bar Association magazine, Probate and Property, we're haters. Kitten haters to be exact. Rosa was interviewed for the magazine's article on how lawyers should be thinking about smart growth--that's what the propaganda was about.

As an attorney I have to say that I'm embarrassed by this article after having watched the interview. It is clear that the American Bar Association has an investment in perpetuating this kind of propaganda. I appreciate having the opportunity to look behind the scenes at the manipulation of information. It's something you might expect in a trial, but not in a magazine article. What it shows me is that the American Bar Association felt that there was enough at stake that they needed to put some top-heavy spin out there for attorneys. Makes jury tampering look like child's play.
