POVERTY FASHION, THE NEW NORMAL, AND UN AGENDA 21

Welcome to POVERTY FASHION.
UN Agenda 21 is getting you accustomed to being poor.  The Real New Normal.

Recently when I was in Portland, Oregon, I saw a man waiting for the light to change so he could cross the street.  I couldn't tell if he was homeless or a hipster until I noticed the filth on the bottom of his jeans.  In Portland the homeless can camp on any public land.  His tent was sitting on a triangular median strip in the middle of the street.  But he definitely looked hip.

When you walk into a fashionable eatery in West Los Angeles, or NYC, or anywhere, really, you see prison tattoos, jeans with holes in them and hobo haircuts.  Yep, a couple of grand will get you a complete outfit.  But your hipness is measured by a different standard.  Trashy, slutty, ragged, criminal style is popular because you won't be able to tell the rich from the poor.  And that's by design.  You're being told that you're consuming too much, you're an evil human who excretes plastic and other toxic materials and, hey, it would be better if you weren't here at all.  Aspire to be poor, or to look poor.  Kind of like Mark Zuckerberg in a T-shirt.

At the same time that you're making your fashion statement, many state and local governments are engaged in calling homelessness the most serious problem they have. The casualties of the 2008 real estate pump and dump are wandering around the US with their dogs and backpacks looking for free stuff. Governors are proposing using eminent domain to acquire hotels and housing developments so that homeless people can get off the streets and into a condo.  In California, Governor Newsom is supporting AB 828 which would reduce rents by 25%.  Contract law?  What's that?  Tough for you, greedy landlord.

New local laws have made it illegal for a landlord to 'discriminate' against a tenant-applicant for the source of their income or for their former prison time.  Property rights?  What's that? Haven't you heard?  Housing is a human right, and apparently it's your right to have another individual subsidize your housing.

All of those regional plans across the US and the world call for 'mixed income' housing.  That means low income tenants mixed in with high income tenants in the same building.  Everyone in the elevator is wearing the same thing and can compare tats.  That's the fantasy anyway. The vision of the glorious future and the austerity of the present.  Get used to the NEW NORMAL.

UN Agenda 21 is a plan to DISRUPT and DESTROY  the existing system.  The legal system, the social system, the educational system, the entire system of life that you think is going to last forever.  It won't.  Huge unemployment after the COVID-19 event will put holes in your jeans for real.  Cool.

Rosa, this is an interesting idea, fashion as social programming. But how can you really know that globalists could control such a thing? I suppose it's feasible through arts education and complcit leaders of Industry. Or is this more of a zeitgeist effect?

If I mentioned this to people, 90% would be dubious, and want evidence naturally. Before this pandemic that would have been me, having had little time to delve into what I previously brushed of as conspiracy.

Fashion is controlled by the media, and entertainment. Totalitarians control our media, which stars & fashions get promoted, to a huge degree.

People have been wearing "distressed" hipster styles for a long time. My take on it is that it used to be that the followers of bands dressed like the band members they admired. The followers held regular jobs and fit into society, but admired their heros, m & fm. And many band members dressed like poverty stricken people because they genuinely were (at least at the start): they cared only about the music, and didn't necessarily prioritize clothes/style over instruments, CDs they were buying - or paid to have pressed, burned, or otherwise created, wah-wah pedals or now computer gadgets, and books, paint, brushes, canvas, and mind expanding or recreational substances. They were poor because they preferred get by on what they could earn playing music or painting, etc., rather than working at some corporation and being living-dead zombies.

From my perspective I read what you said as influence moves from small groups to large, in both a top to bottom, but also bottom to top direction. Trends often start with a group of individuals on some vanguard, before becoming more largely popularized. Lets say the trend first surfaced amongst Punk Rockers in England, who's style was a authentic reaction to the materialism and economic dominance of the ruling classes. Eventually it made its way up to the fashion houses as Haute. Then trickled down to the masses, some of whom might pay absurd amounts of money for ragged clothing to appear edgy, and in trend. Perhaps you could say it's a cultural sign that we are growing accustomed to getting by with less, and even go out of our way to appear so.

If you want to go back further, the punk rockers were influenced by the tune in drop out culture, of the hippy era. They wore casual loose fitting simple clothing, that had perhaps a peasant flair. Its pretty well documented that the counter culture revolution was set off by CIA experiments with LSD and other programs of social engineering. Of course they took on a life of their own as well, and had a certain amount of self determination.

Long story short I guess my point is the social engineers and global cabal who strategize population control are not gods. We should meet society with and eye towards their insidious plans, to which we need not consent, and have much to reclaim from.

    And the winner is...

What is UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development?
It is the blueprint, the comprehensive plan of action for the 21st century to inventory and control all land, all water, all plants, all minerals, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all law enforcement, all health care, all food, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world
    .

Your energy consumption will be controlled until you can't farm, can't manufacture, can't travel, can't fish, can't use your land. Productivity and businesses are limited now.

You've heard that story about Tony Blair asking Angela Merkel how Germany could have such a high GDP when it was such a small country.  Merkel snapped at him: We still make things in Germany, Mr. Blair.
