I just spoke to a group in the next county over--flew back at 4 am from another state just so I could be on time to speak for the Marin Coalition.  Although they had invited me, there had been some contention between the board members as to whether or not they wanted me, and I received an extremely rude and accusatory email from a board member who was ignorant about UN Agenda 21 and just wanted to fight.  I considered refusing to come but I had already committed to it and the majority of the board wanted me.  So I went.

There were just 50 or so people there.

There were some rude interruptions from the group as I spoke but I dealt with them and went on.  At the end of my speech a woman in the audience accused me of not having integrity because I 'took money' from the state for years as an employee even though I 'knew what was going on with Agenda 21.'  She said that because I supported the use of eminent domain I was a hypocrite.  I responded by noting her total ignorance because she had obviously arrived at the event via a public road and this was certainly acquired by eminent domain.  I explained that there is a difference between eminent domain used for a public use and the use of eminent domain to choose winners and losers in redevelopment, and in transportation tax subsidies used to pay for for-profit mixed use projects and infrastructure supporting it.  I also said that I was proud of my career and had absolutely nothing to apologize for.

In fact her comments, which were extensive, aggressive, hateful, and incorrect were a personal attack on me.  She, a member of this group's board, did not dispute any of the factual information I had presented in my speech.  Instead she attacked me.  This is a technique used to chill free speech by those who are trying to shut down the truth.  No one in the entire group said a word as we sparred.  I was disgusted.  She was the only African-American person in the room.  I mention this because I wonder if it had any impact on this group of white, middle class, middle aged people who sat silently while a guest who had traveled thousands of miles to speak at their invitation was abused in front of them.  Did they think they'd be infringing on her free speech rights if they told her that she was out of line? Apparently as she was leaving the event she told others that I am 'racist.' Maybe I should have accused her of gay-bashing.  Or bullying.

UPDATE:
The woman who attacked me, Regina Carey, is on the Democratic Central Committee for Marin County.  When she was running for that position, according to the voter's guidebook, she identified herself as a civil rights activist and said her occupation was: Community Volunteer.  She is president of the Social Justice Center of Marin.  Wonder if she had an 'agenda?' Funny thing--I was attacked by a Democratic Central Committee in Virginia--they said I wasn't really a Democrat and that I was just pretending to be one so that the Tea Party would like me.  Here's my blog post  on it. http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com/1/post/2011/11/what-the-democrats-in-virginia-have-to-say-about-rosa.html

Guess what?  In yet another disgusting display of adventures into human nature we have the true story of the XYZ army during the XYZ War.  Story goes that the XYZ, not wishing to use more soldiers than necessary to guard their prisoners of war, decided to cull out the independent, active prisoners and place them under guard.  The others, the passive ones, hardly needed any guarding at all---they went along with the program.  So, what did the XYZ find when they separated the two groups?  That a mere 5% of the prisoners were the independent, active types.  Five percent.

There are 300,000,000 people in the US.  Five percent is 15,000,000.  Let's conservatively figure half of that for those who aren't going to just sit around and let themselves be Delphi'd in consensus meetings, pushed around by their City Councils, told that they have to agree to lose their private property rights to redevelopment projects, shamed into watching while their neighbors are bullied by Community Oriented Police measures, and flattered into mandatory volunteer programs for local non-profits designed to dictate their life choices.

Yes, that's about SEVEN AND A HALF MILLION PEOPLE in the United States.  That's seven times the population of San Francisco. About twice the population of Chicago.  About equal to New York.  Remember that when you go to a 'visioning meeting' put on by the regional transportation authority and local government.  You are just one of millions of people across the nation who are standing up every day and saying 'We will not be bullied into silence. We object to being told that we are a threat to the planet if we live in a house and drive a car.  We know that this is just a smokescreen for the plan to run a total information network designed for maximum control of our lives.  This is the biggest public relations stunt in the history of the world, and we are not going to go passively.'  And remember:  Seven and a half million is only two and a half percent--it is half of the number of people who would be active and have the guts to object.  A small percentage, but a big number.  Will you be part of the Resistance?

Speak up, speak out, reach out to those who will be bitterly disappointed to see that the vision of a perfect world of no carbon emissions and smiling people is a sham.  A manipulation.  An artificial construct designed to direct whole populations to a pre-determined outcome.  The obedient, passive, unquestioning mass of consumers ready to turn on their neighbors and report.  Is that what we want for our going forward?

Do you have the guts to stand up when you see something that is wrong?  Or are you going to just go along to get along?  Decide now.  WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

Rosa......the more nerves you hit the more the enemy will come out of the closet to discredit you. May I suggest that you head this off in the future by advising your host that questions (positive or negative) are welcome but nasty attacks will not be tolerated and they should announce that at the very beginning and remove anyone that disrupts the event for those that came to hear you speak. Do to them what they do to us. Call the cops if necessary. But any host that does not defend their guests from unwarranted attacks is not a good host in my mind. Set the stage before it happens and talk this over with all future hosts. Just so you know I addressed the attack on you at Nashville with one of the people that took the microphone to demonstrate his manhood by attacking you. I know him and I was not kind to him during a recent conversation. But know for every single rude person that are probably 100 that love you and the message you bring. THE TRUTHS HURTS.

What the guy in Nashville said was that I should not say that I was gay. Although it was rude, it was his opinion based on what I said. It didn't really bother me.

What this woman in Marin County said was different because it was a personal attack intended to shut me up. It was a lie and was based in ignorance.

The truth is that they don't attack you unless you're carrying the ball. And we are making touchdowns and getting on the scoreboard now. We will prevail.

To be honest, you probably don't even need to bring up the Gay Rights issue in the context of Agenda 21 unless Agenda 21 is also intended to infringe on them.

There are so many rights issues related to Agenda 21 and the US Smart Growth programs, I'm surprised everyone isn't outraged.

There appears to be the basis for a property owner class action suit against any community that adopts this program.

Just a few of the Issues I'm seeing:
- Taxation without Representation (bonds floated without the knowledge of the taxpayer)
- Property Rights infringement: the rights that run with property ownership like The Right to Quiet Enjoyment are discarded by the extended 12 year use of Eminent Domain
- Property tax fraud: taxpayers are being defrauded by the extended use of frozen property taxes in redevelopment areas. This places an escalating demand on property owners outside of the redevelopment areas.

Emphasizing a by-partisian effort makes sense but its a question of proving it. Developing a survey that can be used by neighborhood block groups and organizations would help define the by-partisian involvement. It could also include a petition to halt involvement with ICLEI and its related agencies.

Why our government allowed the UN to create this mess is beyond me. Is the UN even Chartered for programs like this?

So much information. I would have thought the woman would have heard you and come around or at least shut up.

Here's a Delphi question:
What describes your opinion about stubborn ignorant people best?
a) They are right and should be put in prison.
b) They are stupid that is why they are stubborn and should be put in prison.
c) They do not support community and should be put in prison.

How stupid do these delphi question writers think the population are? You did not include in your blog the total number of people out of 300 million who don't give a damn about community or their own family for that matter. I suggest that number is 100 million.

This number will grow as community needs ( the needs of people in control of the boards councils etc.) are continually expanded over the individuals rights. Then the police agencies will be expanded to keep the people who lose it and need to be taken out of the community and put into cages like feral dogs at the pound. Some will be exterminated like in Logans Run.

Conversion from an the worlds largest industrial power into a police state will offer the new growth industry for the country. It is the fastest growth market outside of Grocery Stores. The common denominator is that both rely on government subsides. Food stamps for grocery store customers are in my opinion why there is growth in the grocery store industries. Drug stores have medicare and insurance companies paying for drugs.

When these markets are overbuilt the only growth area left will be the police and security industry.

EPA has teamed up with HUD and the DOT to deliver Smart Growth and is part of the Smart Growth Network.

All of these organizations can't be all bad. Has anyone done an analysis to determine the relationship between Federal Agencies and these NGOs?

It seems like fixing the problem my be as simple as creating a by-partisian "Stamp of Approval" and leveraging the existing Smart Growth Network to dump ICLEI and ensure the protection of property rights and improvement of Blight Laws, and to establish "reasonable use standards" for Eminent Domain.

All existing US Smart Growth efforts would not support violations of US citizen rights as specified in the Constitution and if they do its a front page story -- the public has a right to know.

I don't want to spin my wheels covering something that has already been done. Has anyone done an analysis to determine the relationship between Federal Agencies and existing NGOs?

Thanks for the help.

I was at the Marin meeting. Initially I was impressed with the research and data Rosa presented. However, she lost respect after she rudely refused the second polite request from the host to wrap up her comments so there'd be time for questions. Her behavior diminishes the credibility of her message.

I was invited to speak for as long as I wanted by Bashia Crane. My speech is 1.5 hours long. I was asked to 'wrap up' halfway into my speech and I said that I was not ready and I asked the group if they wanted me to stop. They did not. I invited those who wanted to leave to do so. I did stop about 15 minutes before my speech was completed, and took all the questions that were asked.

You are clearly a disinformation plant, yourself, Scissors. The credibility of my message is impeccable. I can't say the same for yours.

PRA Releases 2011 International Property Rights Index: U.S. Falls Behind in Rankings
Tuesday, March 22, 2011 8:10 am | By Kelsey Zahourek
http://propertyrightsalliance.org/pra-releases-international-property-rights-index-a2960

“In a time of economic turbulence and financial uncertainty, all nations should be seeking solutions that will provide stability. Strong property rights is one key component,” stated PRA executive director Kelsey Zahourek, “While the United States still enjoys fairly strong property rights, its recent decline in the rankings should be cause for concern. From eminent domain abuses in New Jersey and California to new regulations that seek to gain control of the market, actions that weaken America’s property rights foundation pose a serious threat to its economic vitality.”

Eminent Domain/ Regulatory Takings
http://propertyrightsalliance.org/eminent-domain-regulatory-takings-a2909

excerpts
Several states have independently passed legislation to limit their power to eminent domain, and the Supreme Courts of Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio have barred the practice under their state constitutions. In response to the nationally unpopular Kelo decision, 42 states either prohibited or curbed their ability to take land by eminent domain for reasons of economic development.

Regulatory Takings
Similar to the idea of eminent domain, regulatory takings occur when the government literally regulates a piece of property out of the hands of its private owner without actually changing the titled ownership. One of the many problems with regulatory takings is that such regulations often come down from the federal government, which tramples on states’ rights in the process.

Private Property rights was fought and won in Texas years ago due largely to GW Bush and Rick Perry. A major attack on property rights there was launched by every green 'thing' (all of them socialists, Marxists: i.e. Democrats) from all worldwide sources. Why Texas? Because 90% of Texas is privately, owned.

Dear Rosa,

I have spent the last three hours reading your web site, listening to your talks and now I'm here on your blog and I want to say THANK YOU. And wow. Just Wow. I confess that initially I had hoped to not agree with what you are addressing about Agenda 21 but I'm not a moron and facts is facts. As you spoke I immediately had flashes to our dear DHS drones and security cameras in our major cities. I also
pictured in my minds eye two new housing developments that have popped up in my neighborhood. ( Philly burbs ) They fit exactly the descriptions you are talking about and they are EMPTY. I have been puzzling about them for the past year. It just has not made sense until now. Here is a telling story: My 11 year old daughter recently commented on one of these communities, how cramped it was, how it overlooked a major commuter highway, strip mall and costco. She was viscerally angry wondering allowed why anyone would live there. I could not provide her an adequate answer. I will purchase your book. In the meantime I have a question about the individuals in power who are promoting Agenda 21. I've read about Maurice Strong's background and have noted with irony that Mr. Man O the People started in finance and earned a living with the oil industry. Huh? So everyone else should live like shit and ride bikes but not him? Can you provide me with a greater understanding of the major players? Perhaps it is in your book.

Thanks,
Mari

do you mean in Montgomeryville? They're strange, agreed. Notice it does not enhance the local environment at all, it was open "green space" now it is stack/pack! So this example proves the land grabbing sham A21 is, favoring development over farmland which that land was?! I love development of single family houses and townhouses tho further out in the burbs! I pray for more suburban sprawl now after learning about A21!

H.R. 1433, the Private Property Rights Protection Act, will likely be considered by the House of Representatives this week.  It was reported out of the House Judiciary Committee earlier this month.  It is critical that you contact your representatives TODAY and tell them to vote for H.R. 1433. You may remember that this bill passed the House of Representatives overwhelmingly in 2005 by a vote of 376 – 38, but has been stonewalled in the Senate since.

You can find your representative’s contact information here.
http://www.house.gov/representatives/

This reform is long overdue.  H.R. 1433 will strip any municipality that abuses eminent domain of federal economic development funds for two years.  You can read the text of the bill.  It’s time that Congress stop being complicit in the abuse of eminent domain. http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-112hr1433rh/pdf/BILLS-112hr1433rh.pdf

I can't do daily feeds but I'm covering weeklies.

Current statement:

We’re getting closer to squashing this anti-American Sustainability cockroach.

The bipartisan effort to eliminate ICLEI and related redevelopment fraud is growing and 80% of the electorate support restrictions on eminent domain abuse.

US Congress:
H.R.1433
Latest Title: Private Property Rights Protection Act of 2012

Sponsor: Rep Sensenbrenner, F. James, Jr. [WI-5] (introduced 4/7/2011)
Cosponsors (28)

Latest Major Action: 2/29/2012 Referred to Senate committee.
Status: Received in the Senate and Read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

House Reports: 112-401

A version of this bill passed the House of Representatives overwhelmingly in 2005 by a vote of 376 – 38, but was stonewalled by a single Senate Democrat from Vermont.

This reform is long overdue. H.R. 1433 will strip any municipality that abuses eminent domain of federal economic development funds for two years. It’s time that Congress put an end to the abuse of eminent domain.

I just found out about a recent court decision here in MT regarding a pro se litigant questioning the process used to implement zoning. Apparently the county commission ignored the County Growth Policy which states 11+ times, that the only acceptable option for zoning was district zoning by petition signed by 60% of the landowners in the proposed district. Instead, the commission decided to do it their way by a contingency of hands. The judge decided that that was fine, after all, they were the boss. Even though the Montana Codes Annotated make no references to a "contingency of hands" as being acceptable. It was the counter claim that was really what the hired county attorney wanted. That the local citizen be declared a "vexatious litigant" and must ask for permission from the court before filing any suits against the local government and/or their agents. In the last 12 years he had 13 suits, all regarding constitutional and code violations. Especially violations dealing with open meeting and public participation. Some he won on appeal to the MT supreme court. None were considered by the courts to have no merit or be frivolous. None were for monetary damages. It cost him more than had he just violated whatever they mandated, pleaded guilty, demanded a jury trial and probably would have won. Did I forget to mention that this attorney promotes "sustainable living, land use and planning"? What a way to stifle any challenge regarding any local practice, issue, program or grant implementing Agenda 21. Can anyone say "SLAPP"? If this isn't appealed, it just might set a president for all the green lawyers to use and pursue: permission from government to sue government!

What is UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development?
It is the blueprint, the comprehensive plan of action for the 21st century to inventory and control all land, all water, all plants, all minerals, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all law enforcement, all health care, all food, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world
    .

Your energy consumption will be controlled until you can't farm, can't manufacture, can't travel, can't fish, can't use your land. Productivity and businesses are limited now.

You've heard that story about Tony Blair asking Angela Merkel how Germany could have such a high GDP when it was such a small country.  Merkel snapped at him: We still make things in Germany, Mr. Blair.
